Fruits and Vegetables that can lower high blood Pressure

We all know that high blood pressure can be very detrimental to our health which can lead to kidney failure, strokes, heart disease and even cognitive decline. A normal blood pressure would be 120/80 mmHg, anything over that would be considered dangerous. You can always control high blood pressure using medication but the safest and most natural way to combat high blood pressure is with exercise and eating healthy. A diet rich with fruits and vegetables is key to lowering high blood pressure. Here is a list of fruits and vegetables that can help lower high blood pressure.

Fruits are filled with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. A serving of 3 to 4 fruits a daily is goal.
